About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Payments Administrator to join our Operations team. This fixed‑term position involves overseeing daily payment processing and ensuring high standards of service and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Process and validate domestic and international payment transactions accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Manage inward and outward payment queues, coordinating and prioritising team workloads.
- Support investigation and resolution of payment‑related queries and reconciliation issues.
- Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML and KYC requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a banking environment with strong understanding of payment operations.
- Secondary education (A‑Levels or equivalent) and ability to handle customer queries and operational issues.
- Knowledge of risk management, AML and KYC requirements is advantageous.
