Shop Manager – Retail Store Operations

About the role

The Shop Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the TechZone retail store, driving sales growth and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This on‑site role requires strong leadership and a solid understanding of phone and electronics retail.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for phones and accessories, and submit sales reports.
• Supervise sales attendants and support staff, set daily targets and conduct morning briefs.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service and resolve escalated complaints promptly.
• Receive, verify and record stock, conduct spot checks and full stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or phone retail.
• Strong sales and customer‑service background.
• Experience managing a team and handling stock control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to edit and post content on social media platforms.
