About the role
You will sell Pawanax as a health benefit to SACCOs, chamas and SME employers, managing pilots and converting them into full accounts. The role focuses on building relationships, running 60‑day paid pilots, and ensuring data privacy while delivering aggregate usage reports.
Key responsibilities
- Map and qualify SACCOs, chamas and employers with 50+ members or staff.
- Hold four board‑champion meetings per week.
- Draft pilot proposals using approved pricing.
- Coordinate opt‑in enrolment and aggregate‑only reporting.
- Hand signed accounts to Customer Success.
Required profile
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Good at structured proposals and follow‑up.
- Understands why member health data must stay private.
