About the role
You will run the Sales Machine war room, keep the CRM clean, publish weekly revenue reports, and own compliance for consent records, opt‑in proof, and data protection hygiene. This role is ideal for a curious, mission‑driven builder eager to tackle African healthcare challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure 100% of leads and activities are logged within 24 hours.
- Publish the weekly scoreboard covering payers, MRR, consultancy bookings, and per‑play attribution.
- Audit consent and clinician‑review status for every content asset.
- Maintain the Data Protection Act checklist and escalate issues to counsel.
- Run the Monday stand‑up and the Friday retro meetings.
Required profile
- Obsessively organised.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards and simple SQL.
- Plain‑spoken about bad news.
