Soft Collections Supervisor – Overdue Accounts

About the role
MOGO Auto Limited is seeking an experienced Soft Collections Supervisor to lead its overdue accounts team in Nairobi. You will oversee daily collections for both car and boda‑boda loan portfolios, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day collections operations for vehicle financing portfolios.
- Supervise team leads and collection agents, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive achievement of collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complex cases.
- Prepare regular reports for the Head of Department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a call‑center environment.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
