Start-Up Lawyer – Legal Leadership for Global Tech

About the role

The Startup Lawyer will act as the chief legal advisor for Gamezon Space Corporation, a fast‑growing multinational e‑commerce and technology group. Reporting to the President, you will shape the legal framework that supports fundraising, corporate structuring, cross‑border expansion and protection of intellectual property across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s legal strategy in line with its global growth objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on funding rounds, venture capital transactions, strategic partnerships and market entry risks.
• Oversee corporate formation, governance, shareholder documentation and board resolutions for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Draft, review and negotiate investment agreements, subscription agreements, share purchase agreements and convertible instruments.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, securities and regulatory requirements in each operating jurisdiction.
• Manage intellectual property portfolios, including registrations, licensing and enforcement.
• Handle employment contracts, policies and dispute resolution matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and support due‑diligence processes for investors.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in corporate, venture‑capital and technology law, preferably within high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce, FinTech and logistics regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to advise C‑level executives.
