Storefront Desk Officer (Retail)

About the role

The Storefront Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the corporate store. You will coordinate sales, manage customer relationships, maintain inventory, and ensure the store meets Jibu’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate in‑store sales from walk‑in customers and process outgoing orders to retailers or business clients.
• Enter all sales accurately into the online Point of Sale (POS) system on a daily basis.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback and relay insights to the store manager.
• Inspect stock for quality, manage inventory levels, and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized, including coordinating cleaning of franchise premises.
• Capture sales and production data to reconcile inventory and support reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and support field sales activities in the territory.
• Promote brand awareness and educate customers about Jibu water and related products.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with online Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management and data entry abilities.
