About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated HR professionals, recruiters, or consultants to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them adopt the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting, and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and address basic usage questions.
• Collect feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
