Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into hiring workflows and address user questions.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
