About the role
The Team Leader will head the Ngong Road branch, coaching and motivating a sales team to meet collection and loan‑sale targets. This role combines hands‑on field supervision with strategic oversight of portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and collection goals.
- Participate in and monitor daily field activities and customer acquisition efforts.
- Drive loan sales, disbursements and overall portfolio growth.
- Track team performance, provide regular feedback and support.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
Required profile
- At least 24 months of experience in sales, loan collection or a related financial services role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
