Technical Account Manager

About the role

Marvelsoft is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support and manage relationships with existing and potential customers and partners. The role works closely with internal support, development, and business teams to deliver high‑quality technical services in the global finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of Marvelsoft software, configuration files, integration, and business flows to investigate issues.
• Conduct system checks, identify and resolve issues before they impact customers, and log them in Jira.
• Coordinate technical sessions with clients, prioritize and track issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Deliver projects on time with proper documentation, manage project plans, milestones, and status reports.
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales and respond to client email and phone requests.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Logical problem‑solving ability and desire to learn both technical and business aspects.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira issue‑tracking system.
• Understanding of the FIX protocol.
