Technical Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

A fast-growing, full-funnel marketing agency with a remote team and a strong use of AI is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to keep its technical side running. The role starts as a contract, with the intention of becoming full-time for the right person. It covers tracking and measurement, website basics, client onboarding and support on an in-house client platform.

Key responsibilities

• Tracking and measurement: set up Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta pixels on new client sites, configure conversion events such as form submits, WhatsApp clicks and booked viewings, test that events fire before campaigns go live and re-check after site changes.
• Websites: SEO basics on launches (titles, meta descriptions, sitemaps, redirects, image compression, page speed, Search Console), small updates on live sites, and building pages and sections in Framer using AI tools and MCP integrations.
• Access and onboarding: set up each new client across Meta, Google, GA4, Search Console, domain, hosting and CRM, keep a clear record of access, and walk clients through the steps they need to complete on their side.
• Platforms and support: support the team and clients on an in-house platform built with Next.js, Supabase and Vercel (managed in GitHub), covering user setup, admin, troubleshooting and first-line fixes; check scheduled jobs, emails and integrations; keep Claude projects, connectors and MCP integrations working; act as first point of contact when something breaks.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4 and Meta pixels.
• Comfortable in GitHub and inside a live web app.
• Experience with Framer, Webflow or similar.
• Daily use of Claude and ChatGPT, including MCP.
• Organised, reliable and calm when things break.
• Good written English and overlap with UK working hours.
