Temporary Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist

About the role

This is a six‑month contract position supporting Med Bill’s recruiting and hiring activities on a remote basis in Kenya. You will manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for assigned roles while also providing broader HR operational support during team absences.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned positions using Brighter Monday and other platforms.
• Manage recruiting pipelines, ensuring timely progression and communication with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records in Monday.com.
• Document evidence‑based recommendations and keep hiring managers informed.
• Provide general HR administration and operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Mid‑level HR professional with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to run recruiting processes independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with the Brighter Monday recruiting platform.
• Proficiency in Monday.com for applicant tracking and documentation.

What we offer

• Contract rate of KSH 600 per hour (approximately KES 90,000–105,000 per month).
