Unit Manager – Financial Advisors Team Lead

About the role

Britam Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Unit Manager to lead its team of financial advisors in Kitengela. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building high‑performing sales teams and driving revenue across insurance, banking and investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train new financial advisors.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Manage performance metrics, conduct regular reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Develop client relationship strategies and ensure high service standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting, coaching and mentoring sales personnel.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and client relationship management within financial services, insurance or banking.
• Solid understanding of insurance and investment products.
• At least a diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in unit, branch or supervisory management in a financial services environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting and work on‑site in Kitengela.
