Assistant Sales Manager – Hindi/Gujarati Speaking

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic solutions, is looking for an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager who is fluent in Hindi or Gujarati. Based in Nairobi, the role supports B2B sales activities, helping to grow the company’s healthcare account portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales and gross‑profit targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Follow up on payments for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate customer orders with internal departments.
• Keep customer and sales data up‑to‑date in Odoo or the approved CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility or orthopedic products.
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili and English (read, write, speak).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo or a comparable CRM platform.
• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting abilities.
