About the role
We are looking for a commission‑based Sales Executive to drive growth in the EdTech and PropTech markets. The position is remote with flexible hours and is open to candidates residing in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage and convert prospective clients in the EdTech and PropTech sectors.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform sales strategies.
- Present Timesten Technologies’ technology solutions and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the EdTech and/or PropTech industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, including market research and data interpretation.
- Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
