Employer Partnerships & Recruitment Manager

About the role

Infinite Talent Limited, a NEA‑licensed recruitment agency in Nairobi, is seeking an Employer Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to lead local employer onboarding, expand international employer accounts, and support core HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new local employer clients across hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics and other sectors.
• Build and manage an outbound local employer pipeline from scratch using the company’s CRM.
• Convert proposals into signed agreements and oversee the full onboarding cycle from first contact to active account.
• Own and report against monthly local employer onboarding targets, the primary revenue driver.
• Manage inbound Google Ads leads through discovery calls to successful onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with local employers to minimise churn and encourage repeat business.
• Identify and onboard foreign employer partners for Gulf and Europe placement lines, ensuring due‑diligence and compliance.
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination for all employer mandates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) experience in recruitment or HR functions.
• Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding employer clients.
• Target‑driven mindset with ability to meet monthly onboarding quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Based in Nairobi and able to work on‑site.

What we offer

• Base salary between KES 75,000 and KES 90,000 per month.
• Performance commission linked to local employer onboarding targets.
• Full‑time, on‑site position reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.
