ET Consultant for Digital Health Transformation – Kenya

About the role

The World Bank Group is seeking an experienced ET Consultant to lead the Digital Health Transformation programme in Kenya. The consultant will work from the Nairobi office, collaborating with government agencies, development partners and civil‑society actors to accelerate progress toward universal health coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a digital health transformation roadmap aligned with national health priorities.
• Coordinate with ministries, donors and private‑sector partners to integrate digital solutions into health service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on data standards, interoperability and health information systems.
• Monitor and evaluate project milestones, producing evidence‑based reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate capacity‑building workshops and knowledge‑sharing events.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 96 months of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in health sector reforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of the Kenyan health landscape is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multi‑stakeholder environment.
