Field Sales Representative – Dental Supplies

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of dental equipment and consumables in Kenya, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to expand market presence across the country. The role involves building strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals and professionals, promoting premium products and achieving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients understand usage, benefits, and maintenance.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional client service.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
