Franchise Owner – Strategic Leadership

About the role

KOULLS is seeking a full‑time Franchise Owner to join its Nairobi team. The role provides strategic guidance, ensures continuity, and supports leadership as the company scales its AI‑enhanced mobility and hyper‑local services.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on company vision, long‑term goals and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with executive and management teams to review performance and evaluate new initiatives.
• Preserve institutional knowledge and mentor team members.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and help align projects with KOULLS’ mission and values.
• Support decision‑making by interpreting performance data and financial metrics.

Required profile

• Background in technology, software solutions, mobility services or related fields.
• Proven experience in business leadership, ownership or executive management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience in fast‑paced environments.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive and sustainable business practices.
• Familiarity with the mobility ecosystem or hyper‑local services in African or global markets is a plus.
