Medical Sales Representative – Ultrasound Services

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Nairobi and focuses on promoting and selling ultrasound and related medical services to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ultrasound and related medical services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and clinical benefits.
• Manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and achieve set sales targets.
• Provide post‑sale support, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales skills, including account management, territory development, and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage healthcare professionals and build long‑term relationships.
• Foundational knowledge in medicine, pharmacy or related health fields.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales (highly beneficial).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets) and good organizational and time‑management abilities.
