Sales Agent – Solar Products (Renewable Energy)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to drive the growth of our solar product portfolio across both B2B and B2C markets. The role involves promoting and selling a range of solar solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure proper system design and installation planning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C segments.
• Promote and sell solar products such as inverters, power tanks, solar panels and energy storage solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct site visits.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Maintain a database of clients, track sales activities and provide after‑sales support.
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activity.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and participate in strategy meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in solar energy products.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and highly organized.
