Sales Executive – Corporate Division (Stationery Sector)

About the role

The Sales Executive – Corporate Division will drive sales of office stationery products to corporate clients such as banks, manufacturers, NGOs, and SACCOS. You will be responsible for expanding market share, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the corporate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and service corporate accounts, following up on tenders and quotations.
• Generate leads, close sales, and manage credit and delivery terms.
• Develop accurate forecasts of market needs and retail development.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by KPIs.
• Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Handle complaints, after‑sales service, and repairs promptly.
• Represent the company at corporate meetings and events alongside the Head of Sales.
• Prepare and present sales reports during monthly meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the corporate sector, preferably in stationery.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• High commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
• Team player with ability to work cross‑functionally and minimal supervision.
• High integrity and professionalism.

• Good knowledge of IT systems and data analysis.
