Sales Executive – Dental, Medical Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand the presence of a fast‑growing healthcare equipment provider in Kenya’s dental and medical sectors. This is a new‑business, B2B role focused on prospecting, relationship building and closing high‑value equipment deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dental and healthcare customers through prospecting, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Build relationships with dentists, clinic owners, hospital managers and procurement teams.
• Spot opportunities such as clinic openings, expansions, renovations and equipment replacements.
• Conduct needs assessments, propose suitable solutions and prepare competitive proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close profitable deals and manage the sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Maintain regular pipeline, sales and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in dental, medical or technical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong hunting, prospecting, negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers such as clinicians and business owners.
• Commercial understanding of targets, margins and pipeline management.
• Quick learner of technical products and ability to articulate their value.
