Sales Executive — Digital Billboard Advertising

About the role

Quartis Consulting Ltd is looking for a driven Sales Executive to sell 30‑second advertising slots on premium LED digital billboards located in Nairobi’s Central Business District. The role is high‑activity, revenue‑focused and offers uncapped earnings through a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential advertisers across Nairobi and surrounding regions.
• Present ROI‑focused proposals and close contracts for 30‑second billboard slots.
• Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline using cold calls, emails, networking and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, follow‑ups and client interactions.
• Develop long‑term relationships to secure renewals and recurring revenue.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and slot‑occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with measurable results and a track record of meeting targets.
• Comfort engaging decision‑makers, budget holders and C‑suite contacts.
• Strong prospecting discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Resilience in a high‑volume outbound environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation skills.

Required skills
