Partnership Manager

We are looking for a visionary, strategic Partnership Manager to expand our ecosystem of influence. This position is designed for a kingdom‑minded professional who wishes to seed their time and expertise into a thriving ministry.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Identification: scout and evaluate corporate, ministry, and educational partners aligned with our mission.
• Strategic Networking: represent the institute at virtual or local events to build high‑level relationships with Kingdom executives.
• Funding & Donor Relations: identify, pitch, and secure grants, sponsorships, and donor funding for institute projects.
• Relationship Management: nurture existing partnerships through updates, impact reports, and collaborative meetings.

Required profile

• Education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in business development, account management, or partnerships.
• Calling & Character: deep spiritual maturity and a clear calling to support Kingdom advancement.
• Proven Experience: background in fundraising, public relations, or relationship management.
• High‑Level Communication: masterful networking, pitching, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑Motivation: highly organized self‑starter capable of managing pipelines independently.
• Commitment: ability to dedicate 3–5 hours per day remotely.
