Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

Brooklyn Cleaning Service is seeking a results‑driven Sales & Marketing Officer to lead commercial growth across Nairobi and the wider region. The role combines business development, brand management and client account oversight within a fast‑growing cleaning and facilities management company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure long‑term commercial cleaning contracts in offices, malls, medical and industrial facilities.
• Conduct site surveys, calculate service requirements and develop accurate pricing models.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders and RFQs to corporate decision‑makers.
• Capture, qualify and follow up inbound and outbound leads from digital marketing channels.
• Create and optimise multimedia content for LinkedIn, the corporate website and Meta platforms to strengthen brand positioning.
• Track and analyse lead‑generation campaigns and report conversion insights to senior management.
• Manage client onboarding, translating contracts into operational blueprints for the service team.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services such as pest control, landscaping and post‑construction clean‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in facilities or cleaning services.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value contracts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to influence corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and travel across Nairobi and surrounding regions.
