Sales Representative – Beauty Products (Sprays Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell beauty and cosmetics products, with a particular focus on spray items, to retail outlets, salons and wholesalers in Nairobi. The role involves building a strong customer base and achieving sales targets while representing the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail shops, beauty stores, salons and wholesale channels.
• Promote and sell cosmetic products, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct market visits, generate leads and maintain regular contact within assigned territories.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing product information, demonstrations and recommendations.
• Follow up on orders, payments and customer feedback, and keep accurate records of interactions.
• Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, activations and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends, and report insights to management.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic understanding of cosmetic products and current beauty industry trends.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cosmetic product lines, especially spray formats.
