Sales Representative – Custom Sportswear (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote our custom sportswear to football clubs, academies, wholesalers and retail buyers in Nairobi. You will act as the bridge between our manufacturing capabilities and local sports organisations, driving new business and repeat orders.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage football clubs (Premier League, NSL, regional and youth teams) and corporate sports teams.
• Visit sportswear hubs and wholesale markets to build relationships with apparel distributors and shop owners.
• Present fabric samples, designs and mock‑ups to potential clients.
• Coordinate order details, logo customization, quantities and delivery schedules with the production team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with team managers and equipment directors to secure repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or field sales experience, preferably in sportswear, apparel or sports management.
• Strong network of contacts within local football clubs, academies or wholesale channels.
• Fluent in English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
