Sales Representative – Synthetic Hair (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote and sell synthetic hair products across Kenya. You will work directly with salons, beauty supply shops, supermarkets and wholesalers, driving brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients in the beauty and retail sectors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, product presentations, sampling and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and gather market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and industry trends; prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Recommend new product opportunities, marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in all outlets and support in‑store promotions and events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling synthetic hair, hair products, beauty products or FMCG items.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the beauty market, especially salons and cosmetics retail.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
