About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This commission‑only, flexible role lets you leverage your professional network to introduce an AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiting, and hiring leaders in your network.
Help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
Provide feedback to Flowmingo to improve the product.
Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding.

Required profile

Current HR professional, recruiter, or consulting specialist with an active network.
Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
