About the role

We are seeking an Accounts and Admin Manager to build long‑term, trusting relationships with our customers. In this role you will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, nurture existing business, and actively pursue new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Identify and act on opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Required profile

Proven experience in account management or a related sales function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
