Case Manager Assistant – Personal Injury

About the role
Join an award‑winning legal practice with 18+ years of experience in personal injury, employee rights, and consumer class actions. As a Case Manager Assistant in the Pre‑Litigation Department, you will support case managers to ensure clients receive the maximum settlement possible.
Key responsibilities
- Open and manage claims with insurance carriers, health‑insurance subrogation departments, and medical providers.
- Request, obtain, and follow up on police reports and medical records.
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with medical providers.
- Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Case Manager Assistant, or legal assistant in personal injury.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in a legal or medical field.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:30 pm PST.
