Ads Operations Manager

About the role

Aviasales' Advertising team works with external advertisers to make banner ads on its website relevant and useful, matching them to users' interests. It is looking for an Ads Operations Manager to handle campaign launches for internal teams and clients. The position is fully remote, with no location restrictions and salary paid in USD.

Key responsibilities

• Handle campaign launch requests from internal teams
• Set up and launch advertising campaigns in AdFox
• Manage client correspondence about their campaigns: answer questions, explain how things work and help resolve issues
• Prepare and submit ad labeling data
• Forecast and reserve ad inventory
• Maintain and update internal documentation and guides

Required profile

• Marketing experience, for example at an advertising agency or on an in-house marketing team
• Understanding of how advertising campaigns are launched, how to monitor their progress and what can go wrong
• Ability to write clear business emails: explain what's needed, ask relevant questions and agree on next steps
• In the cover letter, explain in your own words why ads need to be labeled

Required skills

• Experience with AdFox is a plus
