Ayurveda Therapist Couple – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

The Ayurveda Therapist couple will work full‑time on‑site at kawc.life’s forest‑based wellness centre in Nairobi County, Kenya. They will deliver authentic Ayurvedic treatments and support guests throughout their healing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of Ayurvedic treatments and massage therapies to guests.
• Conduct wellness consultations and help design individualized treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and document each session.
• Collaborate with other wellness staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Guide guests through Ayurvedic routines, support retreats and workshops, and contribute to a calm, meditative environment.

Required profile

• Formal training and certification in Ayurveda therapy, Ayurvedic massage, and basic anatomy and physiology.
• Experience delivering Ayurvedic treatments and wellness consultations in a spa or wellness centre.
• Strong interpersonal and guest‑service skills with a compassionate, professional approach.
• Both members able to live on‑site or nearby, work full‑time, and collaborate effectively as a team.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and ethical standards.
