Beauty Product Content Creator

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring Beauty Product Content Creators in Westlands, Kenya, on a full-time basis. The role covers creating photos and videos of beauty, makeup and skincare products for social media, managing content across platforms and working with the marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality photos and videos of beauty, makeup and skincare products for social media, including demonstrations, tutorials, before-and-after presentations and product application videos.
• Plan, shoot and edit content that highlights product features, benefits, usage instructions and unique selling points.
• Publish content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms in line with the brand's content strategy, and stay up to date on beauty trends, viral formats and trending hashtags.
• Respond to comments, messages and product inquiries and help build an active online community.
• Write authentic product reviews and demonstrate correct use of products in a relatable, informative way.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on promotional content, product launches, campaigns and offers.
• Develop content ideas and schedules, monitor performance metrics such as views, reach and engagement, and improve content based on audience feedback and campaign results.
• Maintain a consistent brand image, tone and visual style across all content.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare and the cosmetics industry.
• Ability to create attractive photos and engaging short-form videos.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content formats and audience engagement.
• Strong creativity, confidence, communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of current beauty trends, skincare routines and makeup techniques.
• A portfolio of previous content or social media work is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Basic video editing, photography and content production skills.
• Ability to write compelling product reviews, tutorials and promotional content.

The stated pay is KShs 30,000 plus commission. Applications are made by sending a CV to the company's recruitment team; interviews are held on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
