Brand Ambassador - Home Appliances

About the role

A leading home appliances brand is seeking energetic, customer‑focused Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at designated sales locations in Nairobi and Kisumu. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate products, provide information and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally at assigned sales locations.
• Engage customers, understand their appliance needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate features, benefits and usage of various home appliances.
• Promote products, convert interest into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and keep displays attractive and organized.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns and follow up on leads.
• Support promotional activities, product launches and in‑store campaigns.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing and customer preferences.

Required profile

• Previous experience selling home appliances (required).
• Experience in consumer electronics, retail sales or related product sales (advantage).
• Proven ability to engage customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, customer‑oriented personality with strong persuasion.
• Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and maintain professional presentation.
