Business Development Manager – Motor Vehicle Repair Center

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for a motor vehicle repair centre, focusing on acquiring high‑value B2B contracts and expanding B2C customer reach. This role combines strategic market analysis with hands‑on sales execution to increase the centre’s revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure service contracts with corporate fleets, government agencies, NGOs and logistics providers.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with insurance firms, vehicle dealerships and car‑rental companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to presentations, negotiations and deal closure.
• Lead tender and proposal preparation, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with service level agreements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to uncover new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to design targeted campaigns and loyalty programmes.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with corporate accounts, conducting performance reviews and integrating client feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive or corporate sales, preferably with B2B fleet accounts.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
