Clinical Nurse II – PCU Float Nights (Full‑Time)

About the role

BayCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to provide high‑quality patient care on a rotating night float schedule across multiple hospitals in the Tampa Bay region. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a progressive health system while supporting a diverse patient population in progressive care units.

Key responsibilities

• Independently deliver nursing care to a group of patients using established nursing processes and clinical standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient‑care activities to other members of the health‑care team.
• Maintain professional accountability, pursue ongoing development, and serve as a preceptor or charge nurse when assigned.

Required profile

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license.
• Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of PCU RN experience in an acute‑care setting.
