About the role
The Commercial Performance Manager (CPM) for Premium Spirits and Reserve in Kenya is responsible for driving growth across the International Premium Spirits (IPS) and Reserve portfolio. The role owns performance management, distribution targets, sales‑in‑trade, distributor forward cover and Joint Up Customer Plans, ensuring every commercial activity translates into measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly tracking of performance metrics (SIT, DFC, ND) for IPS and Reserve and produce commercial performance dashboards.
- Generate ad‑hoc reports and translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Monitor Reserve division performance, present findings to the Divisional Leadership Team and support corrective actions.
- Supervise and manage Joint Up Customer Plans, conduct impact assessments and report outcomes to the Commercial Leadership Team.
- Coordinate with the Customer Marketing team to align execution of cycle briefs and ensure consistent delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial performance management, preferably within the beverage or alcohol sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and distribution teams.
- Results‑oriented attitude with a focus on ROI and competitive advantage.
