Contract Management Specialist & Senior Specialist

About the role

The role provides senior procurement and commercial leadership across the full procurement lifecycle, with primary accountability for the Contract Management function. It involves shaping requirements, leading supplier selection, negotiating contracts, and overseeing contract performance and procure‑to‑pay delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Contract Management function, ensuring consistent standards and commercial risk management.
• Structure and lead medium‑complexity procurement projects from planning through procure‑to‑pay completion.
• Provide commercial leadership for capital investment and complex procurement portfolios, reducing delivery risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, manage contract changes, claims, warranties and performance security.
• Represent Procurement independently, manage senior stakeholder relationships and resolve complex commercial escalations.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, FIDIC/construction/equipment contracts, CAPEX procurement and procurement governance frameworks.
• Advanced experience in commercial negotiation, contract drafting/redlining and contract portfolio risk analysis.
• Strong project and contract management capabilities, including use of AI‑enabled contract tools.
