Core Trade Product Management (Network) – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Citi is seeking a Core Trade Product Manager to join its Network team in Nairobi. The role focuses on delivering and growing trade finance products across the Middle East and Africa region, supporting the global Core Trade Network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Core Trade product portfolio for the assigned cluster, driving revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to shape product strategy and pipeline management.
• Promote new and innovative trade solutions, ensuring alignment with Citi’s global standards.
• Work closely with Operations to maintain high‑quality product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage simplification initiatives, global standards, and local configuration of trade corridors.

Required profile

• Proven experience covering a large, complex geography, preferably in corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance products, including letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and documentary collections.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to operate in accordance with local regulatory guidelines and Citi policies.
