About the role
We are seeking a Credit Monitoring & Control Manager to join KCB Group in Nairobi. The role will oversee credit risk monitoring activities, ensure compliance with risk policies, and support the delivery of departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control credit exposures across the portfolio.
- Analyse credit data and produce regular risk reports.
- Ensure adherence to credit risk management principles and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve set departmental goals.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and customer experience in all interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, including at least 1 year in credit risk management.
- Strong numerical, analytical and planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and teamwork.
- Impeccable integrity and focus on delivering results.
Required skills
- Proficiency with core banking systems.
