About the role

Smollan is seeking a GA Field Supervisor to support its expansion across the Greater Africa FMCG market. You will play a crucial role in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead field teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Manage account relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with regional managers to implement growth strategies.

Required profile

2–3 years or more experience in the FMCG industry, preferably as a senior sales representative.
Degree, higher or basic diploma in sales & marketing or a related field.
Strong people‑management and administration abilities.
