About the role
The Finance Manager will lead financial management for a non‑profit organization in Kilifi, Kenya. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing budgeting, cash flow, treasury, donor reporting and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, including preparation of financial reports and annual budgets.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities and monitor expenditures.
- Coordinate donor reporting, grants compliance and support audit processes.
- Supervise procurement, payroll and advise senior management on financial risks.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business Administration (Finance option).
- Professional certification such as CPA(K) and/or ACCA.
- Minimum five years of finance and administration experience, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Strong analytical abilities and commitment to girls’ and women’s rights and football for development.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Experience in ESG reporting.
- Financial reporting and budgeting expertise.
