About the role
Kenya Medical Training College is hiring a full-time Information Communication Technology Assistant in Westlands, Nairobi. The role covers the analysis, design and testing of ICT applications, user support, maintenance of ICT systems and infrastructure, and reporting of faults.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse, design and test ICT applications
- Provide user support
- Prepare training materials on how to operate ICT systems and infrastructure
- Repair and maintain ICT systems and infrastructure
- Monitor the performance of ICT equipment
- Report any faults for further action
Required profile
- Diploma in Computer Science, ICT, IT, ICT Systems Support, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering & Maintenance, Computer Networking, Software Development, Business Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
