International Business Development Manager – Overseas Market & Channel Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead market entry and channel sales for automated logistics and warehousing solutions. This remote, full‑time position offers high autonomy to build new markets from the ground up and drive revenue growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and business development strategies for the target overseas market.
• Identify, recruit and manage distributors, agents, system integrators and strategic partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to commercial negotiations and contract closing.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer requirements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical events and customer visits.
• Collaborate with technical, production and after‑sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide market feedback to influence product positioning and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, International Trade, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or overseas market development experience.
• Proven ability to independently create new markets and generate business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑driven mindset.
