International Business Development Manager – Overseas Market & Channel Sales

About the role

We are seeking an International Business Development Manager to lead overseas market and channel sales for a leading provider of automated logistics and warehousing solutions. The role is fully remote and highly autonomous, focusing on building new markets from the ground up and establishing strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and business development strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify, recruit and nurture new customers, distributors, agents, system integrators and strategic partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather customer requirements to uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
• Lead negotiations to achieve sales targets and support partners throughout project development and implementation.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, business meetings, technical events and customer visits.
• Collaborate with technical, production and after‑sales teams to ensure effective response to customer needs and provide market feedback for product positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, International Trade, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, overseas market development or channel sales experience.
• Proven ability to independently develop new markets and generate business opportunities.
• Strong track record in negotiating and closing complex sales deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
