Operations Team Lead – Workforce Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, data‑driven Operations Team Lead to manage the post‑onboarding lifecycle of full‑time hires and freelancers. The role ensures seamless transition from onboarding to business‑as‑usual operations, maintains data integrity, and drives governance across the contractor lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Pinnacle Resourcing Team, ensuring timely execution of post‑onboarding activities and meeting operational SLAs.
• Own workforce data accuracy, perform regular audits, maintain dashboards and reporting logs to support decision‑making.
• Allocate work, monitor team productivity, conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary operational contact for Program Managers, providing updates on risks, escalations, and key metrics.
• Identify operational pain points, recommend process improvements, and drive automation where possible.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading operational or program management teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders, drive accountability and deliver results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and data quality management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
