Part‑time Sales Attendant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part‑time Sales Attendant to join our luxury retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover and purchase high‑end jewelry and accessories while maintaining a polished store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Guide shoppers in selecting jewelry and luxury items, providing product details, pricing and care instructions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card and mobile payments (e.g., M‑Pesa).
• Maintain an attractive, organized store display and ensure the premises are clean and secure.
• Monitor stock levels, support inventory management and prepare daily sales reports.
• Reconcile cash drawers, package cash for banking and coordinate bank deposits.

Required profile

• Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewelry or high‑end accessories.
• Strong customer service orientation with high honesty and attention to detail.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic inventory management tools.
